Okay! have I left everyone hanging? have you all been wondering what we have been up to? or where our next step we are taking in the baby making business? if you remember we did win a $5,000.00 grant towards any procedure we wanted to go with! so where are we heading!? why haven't I kept you all updated?! well, to say the least we have been busy getting ready to start invitro, yes you heard me right!! we are so excited and nervous at the same time! but we are also so ready for this little baby miracle to happen! we have been going to appointments and getting a lot of things set up to get this whole process started, we met with our fertility specialist Dr. Foulk in Pleasant Grove, Utah and talked with him about our plans and what he thought would be best, if you are just barely joining in on reading my blog welcome to the Larsen Family Journey of struggling with infertility! we have been trying for about 4 years now and just like Dr. Foulk said...its time! Trev and I are not getting younger! and I am not going to be able to chase around these cute little babes if I am too old!! ha! just kidding! I will chase them around even if I am old and I am tired because that is apart of this whole journey! to get this family started! when you start a family yes you are tired, exhausted but would you trade it for not having a family!? I bet not!
So we have been going to our appointments, they have me on birth control {yes birth control!, wait a minute! I am trying to get pregnant here! but yes you heard me right! they have to get my periods regulated and make sure this whole process is timed right} I had a water ultrasound a few weeks ago and they said everything looks great! the water ultra sounds basically just tells them that I am healthy and everything looks good for me to be able to hold an embryo. Trev and I both had our labs done and they came back and the results were great! So our next step is we have a phone call appointment with our Dr, and our IVF nurse to go through and get ready for my shots to be given...they say by the first part of January our baby or babies should be growing and implanted inside! I am still in complete shock that we are going through this I still have to pinch myself to make myself realize this is all real! and I have to say how thankful I am for family and friends that have always been by our side to help us through this journey! your love, your support, your donations! we wouldn't be able to go through this without all of you! and I pray everyday that this little miracle will all happen and we can love on this little angel baby when it gets brought into our arms! thank you everyone for all your love and prayers! and thank you for all the kind words, every one of you all mean so much to Trev and I and I hope one day we can show are love back! thanks for following in our blog! lots of updates to come!! until then here are some adorable family pictures we had done by Trina Reed Photography! from Pocatello, Idaho, check her out if you are close by and if you need any kind of photo's done! you will love her!
